Laser Protection Film

Deep drawing forming stretches the metal sheet under significant force, so the film needs elongation and adhesion properties that move with the surface rather than tearing or lifting — a standard easy-peel film isn't built for this.
Laser protection film is formulated to withstand the heat and beam exposure of CO2 or fibre laser cutting without scorching, blistering or leaving residue at the cut edge; general-purpose films aren't rated for this.
